Kris Hulgreen
Regional Property Supervisor

Kris Hulgreen was recruited to BFP Management in 2002 shortly after graduating from college where he was a resident at one of BFP's communities. He excelled as an on-site manager and was promoted through the ranks of the company and he currently serves as a Regional Property Supervisor.

Mr. Hulgreen is an expert in developing marketing and advertising plans for properties and speaks often on the subject.  He oversees both residential and office complexes.

Just prior to joining BFP and while working concurrently as an on-site manager, Mr. Hulgreen worked for Xerox and founded his own marketing company. 

Mr. Hulgreen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal State Fullerton where he played for the varsity soccer team. He has completed his Certified Apartment Manager Course 1 (CAM I) and was inducted into the Hall of Fame for soccer at his alma mater Mater Dei in 1997.
