BFP Mgmt Inc. was founded in 1999 to provide quality third party, property management services. We manage thousands of units in apartment communities and commercial buildings in Southern California. From privately owned properties to corporate multiple holdings, we tailor our approach to meet the individual needs of each owner- whether it includes repositioning, capital improvements, special subsidiary programs or daily operations. Every client is assigned a regional property supervisor to provide a superior level of personalized service.
